Stoic and dull we run on well-trodden paths, we go pre-marked paths &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8230; instead of occasionally raising your head, giving us an overview and finding your way.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Undoubtedly, processes and SOPs have their right to exist; where highly automated operations produce quality and productivity. They want to do their job in these places.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>However, we must keep in mind that processes are also mental restraints.
